Job Description:
Our company is currently seeking ---a recent college graduate
with a min. of 6 months or more of Billing AR experience! Keys to
this role: Working AR experience in the last 1-2 years. Entry level
AR/Billing Specialist Someone with great analytical skills when
processing invoices Someone who is entry level and willing to join
a company where they can grow and learn more about Accounting. Will
enter and send out an average of 10-12 invoices daily. Cash
Applications 300-400 weekly between 2 AR coordinators
Responsibilities: Obtain primary financial data for accounting
records Compute and record numerical data Check the accuracy of
business transactions Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications: Previous experience in accounting, finance, or
other related fields Fundamental knowledge of GAAP Ability to
prioritize and multitask Strong organizational skills Deadline and
